Terms of Service
Welcome to Zyre. By creating an account or accessing our SaaS cybersecurity platform, you unreservedly accept these Terms of Service (ToS).
1. Purpose
These ToS define the terms under which the Zyre services are made available and the conditions of use of the Service by the User.
2. Access to the service
Browsing the public site is free. Using the platform (dashboard, protection, scans, reports) requires creating an account and subscribing to a paid plan under the pricing terms defined in the Terms of Sales. All costs relating to accessing the Service (hardware, software, internet access) remain the User's responsibility.
3. Monitored domains and user warranty
The Service allows analyzing, monitoring and protecting domain names (technology detection, vulnerability scanning, uptime and certificate monitoring, traffic filtering). The User declares and warrants that they own each domain they add to the platform, or that they hold express written authorization from its owner.
Analyzing an information system without its owner's authorization is criminally punishable (articles 323-1 et seq. of the French Criminal Code). In case of use of the Service on a third-party domain without authorization:
- Zyre reserves the right to suspend or terminate the account immediately, without notice or refund;
- the User indemnifies Zyre against any claim, action or conviction resulting from such use and shall compensate it for all damages, costs and fees arising therefrom;
- Zyre will cooperate with the competent authorities in the context of any judicial request.
DNS delegation. Protecting a site requires the User to point its DNS records at Zyre's infrastructure, so that visitor traffic transits the Service before reaching the User's servers. The User remains solely responsible for their DNS configuration. In particular, they undertake to point those records back at their own servers when they stop using the Service: as set out in section 5.4 of the Terms of Sales, traffic relaying continues after a subscription ends only as a continuity measure and may be ended subject to notice.
4. User responsibility
The User is responsible for the confidentiality of their login credentials. The password must remain secret and enabling two-factor authentication is recommended. Any action performed from the User's account is deemed to have been performed by them.
The User undertakes not to divert the Service from its protection purpose, in particular not to use the vulnerability information provided to attack third-party systems, attempt to bypass the platform's security mechanisms, or disrupt its operation.
5. Personal Data and GDPR
Zyre undertakes that the collection and processing of your data comply with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). For more information, see our Privacy Policy. For the data of visitors to protected sites, processed by Zyre on behalf of its customers, the relationship is governed by the Data Processing Agreement (DPA).
6. Conversational assistant (artificial intelligence)
The service provides an automated assistant based on an artificial intelligence system. You are informed, from the first interaction, that you are not talking to a human being. Human support remains available at any time.
Its answers are generated automatically and may contain errors or incomplete information. They have no contractual value and cannot bind Zyre: in the event of any discrepancy, these Terms, the Terms of Sale and the official documentation prevail. It is your responsibility to verify any decisive information before acting on it.
The content of the messages you type is transmitted to our AI provider for the sole purpose of generating the reply, under the conditions described in our Privacy Policy. Do not enter passwords or sensitive data there.
7. Intellectual property
The trademarks, logos, signs as well as all the content of the site (texts, images, sound…) are protected by the Intellectual Property Code. Any unauthorized reproduction is prohibited.
8. Governing law
French law applies to this contract. In the absence of an amicable resolution of a dispute arising between the parties, the French courts shall have sole jurisdiction.
