Choosing between the three
Starter
One site, one person in charge. This is the plan for a brochure site or a small shop run by its owner.
Pro
Several sites, a small team, and the modes that trigger on their own — automatic under-attack mode, automatic blocking of abusive addresses. This is the plan for a business whose site is a sales channel.
Agency
A portfolio of sites belonging to different clients, with members whose access must be limited to certain sites. This is the agency plan, and per-site scoping exists only there.

These are not add-ons: they are the protection itself, and a partial protection sold cheaper would be a protection nothing can be said about.

What people ask before paying
No. Billing depends on the number of sites and team members, never on request volume or on how many attacks were blocked. A site under attack costs exactly what it cost last month — which is precisely the moment when per-request billing would be worst.
Your site keeps being served. Your DNS points at our servers: cutting the service would take your site offline, and we do not do that. After the grace period, traffic is simply relayed without inspection, and your dashboard says plainly that protection is suspended. You can retrieve your server's address at any time to point your DNS back.
Yes, in both directions and at any time, from the billing portal. When moving to a plan covering fewer sites, nothing is deleted: sites beyond the quota move to uninspected traffic, and you choose yourself which ones stay protected.
There is no commitment: you can cancel in the first month. We prefer that to a free trial, which pushes people to decide against a deadline rather than after watching the protection work on real traffic.
No. Protection is switched on with a DNS change. There is no plugin, no extension, no module and no configuration file to touch, and your site stays hosted exactly where it is today.
